Jeff Clarke was born in Jackson, MS in 1966. Although Jeff considers himself a self taught artist there are two people that he gives much credit too for influencing his development as an artist; his mother, who was an artist, and Pat Bodnyk, a renowned artist in Ft. Worth, TX.

Jeff spent most of his early childhood drawing and painting as a hobby. In 2002 Jeff started painting again. The same year he studied under Pat Bodnyk at her studio in Fort Worth, Texas. During this time he discovered a hidden talent that has become his passion.
